In 2022 Cranmead CIC (Community Interest Company) commissioned a multi-faceted recording system, based on Salesforce, with the aim to record information about their clients: unaccompanied asylum seeking children and young people in need of support.

Cranmead offer a fully-staffed service, and maintain detailed support plans which help their young people to lead a stable and meaningful life - seeking employment and education opportunities while maintaining a tenancy.

Cloudframe was approached to develop a residential recording system alongside a framework for recording support plans, risk assessments, and case management. Making use of the Opportunity product and repurposing opportunities as timelines (residencies), we used the powerful flow functionality to create a seamless record for each room, and stay, including void records.
